Oh, San Diego <3 I am not a sightseeing person. I mean, I am gonna look at them but it's not enough for me. When I visit a city I don't just want to drive to the five most over-crowded places, smile, take a photo and leave. So before every travel I google "secret spots in XY" and "best instagram spots in XY" (that's how you find the coolest spots) and "tips for XY/ XY tips" AND "best vegan food in XY". And because I love you and want to spare you this work in case you ever plan on moving your cute butt to San Diego I wrote down the actual coolest places, the best food and the best things that you actually want to do in the coolest city of the USA!

uhm yup i guess the title says it all, so these are my two cents (hehe get it, money reference) on how to save money as an au pair!
Right now I am 9139km away from Bremen. I am living in a different country, on a different continent, in a different time zone and I’ve got a very different, very busy life. And I am incredibly bad at texting back. Continue reading
always knew that as soon as I am reaching 6 months here the time would feel like it’s sprinting away. But then you suddenly reach that point in January and then it’s suddenly the middle of February even though it feels like only last weekend you were drunk at the christmas party and that, exactly that is the right time for panic.
WHAAAAAAAAAT is going on with the time? Must have calculated it wrong, this for sure doesn’t feel like 6 months. But they are. Counted them a few times. Slowly I realize that one day, not too far away, I am gonna leave this place again. And my kiddo here. Everything has changed and soon everything will change again. And after 6 months you suddenly realize, without any warning, that in fact it is yourself that has changed. Continue reading
I am a whole month late with this one but I really didn’t want to skip one so here we go without further introduction Continue reading
Hi friends! I usually tell all my funny stories on instagram, but since I am blessed with the talent to write a whole essay about a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce my instagram captions get longer and longer each time – so long that I had to continue a story in the comments last week and by now I write my stories on the laptop and send them to myself via email to copy and paste them into instagram. And I think this story would have blown it all. Continue reading

GUCK MAL! #sendhelp
